Permanent hair removal with laser/light is a safe and extremely effective hair removal method in which unwanted hair, which contains sufficient pigment, is permanently removed in a few treatments. Laser Aesthetic® has several lasers that are suitable for every hair and skin type. The treatment cannot be performed in case of hair growth as a result of medication.
The treatment
The lens is placed on the skin and put into operation. Via the pigment in the hair, the (laser) light penetrates into the hair roots, destroying all the hair cells present without damaging the skin. As a result, no new germ cell can develop to produce a new hair. This applies to all hairs from dark blond to black. The outpatient treatment takes 10 to 90 minutes, depending on the surface to be treated. Daily activities can be resumed immediately.
On average, six treatments are needed, every 4 to 6 weeks, to destroy up to 90% of the hair roots.
